These terms are an agreement between you and Ruby White, who publishes this site as a private individual in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Descriptions here are personal observations from a fortnight of playing on ordinary hardware. They are not tests, certifications or promises, and this site deliberately publishes no scores. Games change with every update and store listings change without notice.

Copyright

The writing, structure, styling and code of this site belong to Ruby White. A quoted paragraph with a link is welcome; republishing whole articles or copying this site's structure and text onto another domain is not.

Game names, icons and screenshots belong to their publishers and are reproduced for review purposes only; see the Legal Notice.

Download links go to the official Google Play and App Store listings and nowhere else. Their content and conditions are outside our control, and terms, taxes and fees appear at the next step there. No mirrors or modified builds are linked from this site.

Pouch orders

Submitting the form is a request, not a purchase, and creates no contract. A reply follows by email with the total, postage to your address and payment details; the agreement exists only once you accept and pay. No payment is taken on this website.

The pouch is sold privately by an individual rather than through a business, to Australian addresses only. The Australian Consumer Law sits above these terms wherever it applies, and nothing written here cuts into it.

Use of the site

The form is for messages from people. Mass sends, abuse and automated collection of the site are not welcome.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this site or from any application installed after reading about it here.
