This is a small personal site and it handles a correspondingly small amount of personal information. All of it is described below, under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What is collected
The enquiry form only: name, email address, an optional phone number and a message that usually contains a shipping address and a colour choice. No accounts, no mailing list, no analytics package and no advertising network exist on this site.
The hosting provider writes ordinary access logs containing IP addresses and timestamps, used for security and fault diagnosis.
What it is used for
Answering you, and for a pouch order, quoting postage, sending an emailed invoice and addressing the parcel. Nothing else. Your details are never sold, rented or used for marketing.
How the form is delivered
Submissions go to a private chat through the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. Your message is therefore transmitted to and stored on Telegram servers outside Australia under Telegram's own terms. Writing directly to the email address avoids that path.
How long it is kept
If a message never becomes an order, it is deleted before the year is out. Order correspondence is kept while delivery, returns or a consumer guarantee claim remain possible, then deleted.
Who it is shared with
Telegram, as described, and the postal carrier for an addressed parcel. Nobody else, unless Australian law requires it.
Access, correction, complaints
Email to ask what is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted; a reply follows within 30 days. Complaints that cannot be resolved may go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Security and payments
Traffic is encrypted end to end and the form filters bots with a field a person never sees. No payment information is handled anywhere on this site, and card numbers will never be requested by email.
